On
Thursday, NASA's wanderer "Perseverance" landed on the Red
Tungle. Inside Perseverance is a whirlybird drone named "Ingenuity".
The liftshell on Mars is so thin, having only about one hundredth the
lift on Earth, that a helmfall would not do well enough at slowing the
craft down for a landing, so thrusters will be brooked at the end of
the fall.
In the low swerethrake, a lot of dust will be blown into the lift,
maybe marring the craft, to shield against this it will be lowered on
withes to the ground.
Perserverance is much like the former wanderer, Curiosity, that ran on groatly levin, and landed in 2012.
Upon landing, Perseverance will let go of Ingenuity by blasting off a bolt which holds it to the underbelly of the craft.
Wholly self-driven, Ingenuity will be the first mained flight on
another world. To have enough thrust in the low lift stead, its wings
must spin right below the speed of loud, lest loudly booms make it
crash.
This undertaking will lead a new eld of findings for Mars
