Wielder Greg Abbott has come out on Twitter and said that Texas will open up again fully starting next week.

Abbott said on Tuesday "It is now time to open Texas up 100%", he said while giving a speech in Lubbock. "Too many small business owners are struggling to make ends meet. This must end."

He said that the rich was "in a far better spot now", with all of the shots and better care for Covid-19 having been set up.

Abbott started the mouthshield laws last July, even though others in the Texas leedward bemoaned his choosing to do so.

So far Texas is the biggest rich in the US to withdraw its mouthshield laws. Other smaller riches have done likewise, such as Louisiana, Michigan, and Mississippi.

The US foresitter said on Tuesday that the they were on the path to have enough shots for every grownup in the rich by the end of May.

With everything opening back up, this pits some of the riches against the US leedward, for some of the health wickners think it is too early to let up.
