Iran’s
only kernel levin works has undergone an unforeseen shutdown for the
time being, and could lead to levin blackouts for the next few days.
This is the first time Iran has had an unforseen shutdown of the works
since it started up in 2011 with help from Russia.
Kernel wickner Mahmoud Jafari warned back in March that something like
this could happen, for the US trading holds were keeping them from
getting the goods they needed from Russia to do upkeep.
The levinmaker makes about a gigawatt of levin each day, which is less
than two hundredths of Iran’s needs. Already the rich has
been struggling with daily levin cuts brought on by the summer heat
driving levin needs sky high.
Talks have been underway to bring back the 2015 kernel deal that Iran
had with the US, but Israel's first wickner, Naftali Bennett, is
against this, and wants to keep trading holds on Iran.
Though Iran has said over and over again that it is not true, Naftali
Bennet thinks Iran will build kernel weapons if the holds are taken off.
