Facebook,
Instagram, and WhatsApp were offline for almost half of Monday. Many
brookers who tried to login to their software were met with a forever
loading wheel, and were never logged in.
The shutdown made widespread upset amongst those who needed these
websteads for talking to friends and kin. Many businesses who also
leaned on this software to handle their business are dealing with big
setbacks now.
The head of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, sent out a writ saying how sorry
he was for their websteads going down. Facebook also made known that it
was not a hack, but only a mishap by one of their workers in software
upkeep gone wrong.
When the upkeep done to Facebook's network pathfinders went wrong, it
sent a wave of misfirings through the whole network, leading to all of
their software shutting down worldwide.
To make things worse, this waterfall of misfires knocked out Facebook's
in-house tools and setups they brook to keep things running day to day,
making it harder to get everything back online.
