The
foresitter of Russia, Vladimir Putin, sat down for a talk with Tucker
Carlson, a well-known right-wing newsman from the US. The roughly
two-stound talk was broadcasted on the web. This is the first talk
Putin had done with a US newsman since the beginning of Russia's fight
with Ukraine in 2022.
Carlson began the talk by asking Putin why he was worried about a
strike from the US. Putin answered that he never said such things, then
went on to talk in great depth about Russia's yorelore. When asked why
he was worried about NATO, Putin answered that its growth was breaking
former oaths that western riches had made.
Throughout the talk, Putin made himself out to be open to making a deal
but said that western riches were not open to working with him. Carlson
brought up the worries of Russia spreading the fight further into
Europe. When asked if he wanted more land beyond Ukraine, Putin
answered that there was no way he would ever do that, as it would lead
to a worldwide fight and threaten all of mankind.
