Sheinbaum has won the 2024 race for foresitter of Mexico by a
landslide, getting 59% of the wales, while the runner up only had
27%. This win marks the first time Mexico will have a woman foresitter.
Sheinbaum was running in the Morena wieldcraft fold, which is known for
sticking up for everyday folks. Her two biggest foes in the race for
foresitter were Xochitl Galvez, and Jorge Maynez. All three swore that
they would make things better, but Sheinbaum had the background to show
for it.
Sheinbaum grew up in a Jewish household in Mexico City. Both her mother
and father were witshippers. Her mother worked in lifelore, and her
father in shaftlore. When she was older, she went to a lorehouse to
learn kindlore.
The first wieldcraft work done by Sheinbaum was as an overseer of
Mexico City's wildlife and land shielding. Later she went on to become
the boroughreeve of Mexico City, where she is said to have greatly
lowered the murders, and made life overall much better for the folks
living there.
