On
Wednesday, two liftcraft struck each other mid-flight, leading to both
of them falling out of the sky and killing everyone onboard. A film
spread on the web of the two crafts blowing up over the Potomac
waterway.
It was after sunset on Wednesday evening when a heer whirlybird flew
into a PSA Airlines ferrycraft. The whirlybird had 3 harmen onboard,
and the ferrycraft had 60 riders and 4 workers onboard. Altogether
there were 67 deaths.
The ferrycraft was coming in for landing at the Ronald Reagan landing
strip, while the heer whirlybird was on a learning flight out of the
Davison heer liftfield. The skies above the Potomac are known for being
hard to fly in owing to the narrow room that many crafts have to fit in.
Underseeking is still ongoing; however, some of the guilt is thought to
belong to the flight overseers, as they were short workers at the time
of the mishap. This is the worst and deadliest mishap in US flight
yorelore since 2001, when American Airlines flight 587 went down,
killing 265 folks.
