Last
night, the two starfarers that were stranded on the ISS came back down
off the shore of Florida. Both of the starfarers, Butch Wilmore and
Suni Williams, made it back alive and seemingly healthy after nearly a
year above earth.
Wilmore and Williams went up early last year in a Boeing craft, but
after they made it to the ISS rodder atstall, the Boeing craft they
flew up in was deemed to be unflightworthy. Since then, the two
starfarers had been biding until a SpaceX craft could come to bring
them home.
At first the two starfarers were only meant to be guests aboard the
ISS, but given that they could not go home, they were put to work
alongside the other ISS starfarers doing witship undertakings and
overall upkeep of the atstall.
Now that the starfarers are back to Earth, they will be flown to
Houston, where they will have their well-being looked into. Being away
from Earth for so long is not good for health. Once they are deemed
healthy enough, they will be given some time off to be with their kin.
