Mangione may still be found guilty of murder in the rich of New York,
however, the death wite for murder is not upheld in New York.
Therefore, the most that Mangione can be given for his wrongdoing is
lockup for life.
Brian Thompson's kin and many folks who think murder is always wrong
are likely upset that Mangione will not get the harshest wite there is.
