The El Nino heatwave has hit the US harder this year than ever before. Between the heat and dry weather, many riches in the US are looking at swith harsh droughts this year. Owing to shortnesses in many steads, water is having to be doled out in small helpings.
The droughts are so bad that the Panama waterway, one of the world's weightiest shipping lanes, is lowering its throughput of ships. Overseers of the waterway have already cut throughput for September but are talking about cutting it even further for October.
El Nino is something that efts every 2-7 years, where the skin of the sea warms up hotter than is oftseen. This warming often leads to harsh weather and heatwaves throughout the world. This year's El Nino has been called a "Super El Nino" owing to it being one of the strongest ever before seen.
It has been forecast that 2026 will also have a swith harsh winter. The NOAA weather watchers have warned that this coming winter could soon threaten folks worldwide with big floods and landslides.
